In this Terms and Condition:
1. References to “You” or “Your” refers to a Trainee who has validly enlisted and paid the necessary fees to participate in this training program thereby satisfying the eligibility criteria.
2. References to “We” or “Us” refers to Digital Witch Limited, Digital Witch Support Team or its assigns.
3. Any reference to the masculine gender includes a reference to the feminine gender and vice versa
1. Given that this training is for persons up to the age of sixteen years old, any person shall only be eligible to participate in this training if he has basic knowledge of computers to be able to understand and appreciate the program within the prescribed time frame for the training and any person who is under the above age is required to obtain written consent from his parent, guardian or teacher/accredited school official. An intending participant may be required to provide proof of age, in addition to the consent from his parent, guardian or teacher/accredited school official, at any stage during or after the training.
2. By making the prescribed payment of N25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) into the designated account of Digital Witch Limited you confirm that you are eligible to participate in the training.
3. If you decide to opt-out of the training, or if you decide to withdraw your consent for us to process your information and/or use any content provided by you, please send an email to digitalwitch124@gmail.com. Until we receive an email from you withdrawing your consent for us to use the information and/content you have provided, you shall be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the community.
1. All Trainees hereby agree to abide by all the terms and conditions herein and further agree not to use or exchange any course materials, content, testimonials whatsoever obtained during the course of the training with any third parties without the written consent and or permission of the Management of Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team.
2. Any breach of (1) above is considered a grave infraction of these terms and shall be actionable in the appropriate courts of law at the instance of Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team.
3. However, during the course of the training, any content or material uploaded to the Platform shall automatically be deemed to have granted Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support System the right to use and process any information and/or content provided by you in this Platform and such information and/or shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on Data protection including Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
4. The Trainee further undertakes not to infringe the rights of any other party. Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team shall not be responsible if you ignore these terms, and you agree to indemnify Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team against any claim by any third party from any breach of these terms and conditions.
5. The Trainee hereby grants to Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team a perpetual non-exclusive royalty-free license to publish, broadcast (across all media) and post the testimonials, biodata or any reports of a Trainee obtained during the course of the Training on any other platforms yet to be envisaged. This license will be deemed to include all the necessary rights and permissions to enable Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team to complete the administration of this Training.
6. You hereby grant Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team, its assigns and its agents the right to use your name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, without recourse to you.
1. You understand that Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team will use information that you have provided or will provide, for the purposes of the Training, and for any promotional and/or other related purposes that may become necessary.
2. We may also share your details with our partners, agents, and sponsors for the purpose of promotions or advertisement of the Training program.
3. Your information shall be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on data protection, particularly the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.

1. Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you for taking part or not being able to take part in this Training if you fail to participate during the training sessions.
2. To the widest extent permitted by law, Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team shall not in any circumstance, be responsible or liable to compensate any Trainee or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal inconvenience occurring as a result of failure or inability of a Trainee to conclude the Training and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may alter, amend or foreclose this Training without prior notice to you.
3. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
