Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. References to "You" or "Your" refer to a Trainee who has validly enrolled and paid the necessary fees to participate in this training program, thereby satisfying the eligibility criteria.
2. References to "We" or "Us" refer to Digital Witch Limited, Digital Witch Support Team or its assigns.
3. Any reference to the masculine gender includes a reference to the feminine gender and vice versa.

Confirmation of Eligibility

1. Given that this training is for persons up to the age of sixteen years old, any person shall only be eligible to participate if they have basic knowledge of computers sufficient to understand and appreciate the programme within the prescribed time frame. Any person under the above age is required to obtain written consent from a parent, guardian, or accredited school official. Proof of age may be required at any stage during or after the training.
2. By making the prescribed payment into the designated account of Digital Witch Limited, you confirm that you are eligible to participate in the training.
3. If you decide to opt out of the training, or wish to withdraw your consent for us to process your information and/or use any content provided by you, please send an email to hello@digitalwitchng.com. Until we receive written notification of withdrawal, you shall remain bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

Undertaking to Abide by the Terms and Conditions

1. All Trainees agree to abide by all terms and conditions herein, and further agree not to use, share, or exchange any course materials, content, or testimonials obtained during the training with any third parties without the written consent of the Management of Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team.
2. Any breach of clause 1 above is considered a grave infraction of these terms and shall be actionable in the appropriate courts of law at the instance of Digital Witch Limited or Digital Witch Support Team.
3. Any content or material uploaded to the Platform during the course of training shall automatically be deemed to have granted Digital Witch Limited the right to use and process such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
4. The Trainee undertakes not to infringe the rights of any other party. Digital Witch Limited shall not be responsible for breaches of these terms by Trainees, and you agree to indemnify Digital Witch Limited against any claim arising from such breaches.
5. The Trainee hereby grants to Digital Witch Limited a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, broadcast, and post testimonials, biodata, or reports obtained during training on any platform, including all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet.
6. You grant Digital Witch Limited, its assigns and agents the right to use your name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet.

Use of Your Information

1. You understand that Digital Witch Limited will use information that you have provided for the purposes of the Training and for any promotional or other related purposes that may become necessary.
2. We may share your details with our partners, agents, and sponsors for the purpose of promotions or advertisement of the Training programme.
3. Your information shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on data protection, particularly the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.

General

1. Digital Witch Limited shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by you for taking part in, or being unable to take part in, any Training sessions.
2. To the widest extent permitted by law, Digital Witch Limited shall not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any Trainee, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, or personal inconvenience occurring as a result of failure or inability of a Trainee to conclude the Training. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may alter, amend, or foreclose the Training without prior notice.
3. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
